Within Australia. For all shipping, we offer a choice of Standard delivery Service through Australia Post Parcel Satchel Delivery Service, 500grams, 3Kilo or 5Kilo Satchels.
If your order is received before 1pm EST on any business day, your order will be shipped that day once we ensure all items in your order are available from our warehouse. Orders received after 1pm are processed and shipped the following working day.
If your product is to come from a supplier warehouse, we aim to have the order to you as soon as available and in most instances within 4 to 8 working days. If we have been advised by suppliers of delays in dispatching orders to us, for more than a few days, we will contact you by email.
The Australia Post network covers over 80% of Australian Business addresses, Private addresses and Post Office boxes, but you need to check with your local Post office whether your postcode falls within a 3 to 5 day delivery service.
If your order is larger than the 5 kilo Australia Post Delivery Satchel and/or cannot fit into one satchel, we will ship your order in the most economical way, packed into a carton and Posted by standard Australia Post carton delivery Services, additional postage charges may apply of which you will be notified by email and requested to settle the balance. We will send you an email, with a unique tracking code, which can be tracked using the following link

Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days for all Australia Post Standard Delivery of parcels.
Please note: we do not pick and pack, or ship on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. If you have placed an order on either of these days, your order will be shipped on the next working day, if you garment is in stock in our warehouse.
Out of Stock items: We update our sites product availability daily, however in some rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. We will notify you if your item is sold out or discontinued. Sometimes there is slight delays in receiving stock from suppliers which will cause a small delay in the shipment of your order. In this instance you will receive your order at the earliest possible delivery time frame. If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give notify you of cancellation of your order. If it is an item we can re-order, however there are delays from suppliers from more than ten working days, we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
If your order is larger than the 5 kilo Australia Post Standard Delivery Satchel and we cannot fit your order into a Satchel, we will ship your order in the most economical way, packed into a carton and Posted by standard Australia Post carton delivery Services, at no additional charges to you. We will send you an email, with a unique tracking code, which can be tracked using the following link
