Delivery Information

Within Australia.  For all shipping, we offer a choice of Standard or Express Post delivery Service through Australia Post Parcel Satchel Delivery Service, 500grams, 3Kilo or 5Kilo Satchels.

 

Australia Post Express Postal Service  $15.00

 

If you order is received before 1pm EST on any business day, your order will be shipped that day, when all items in your order is available from our warehouse.  We aim to have the order to you within 2 to 3 working days.  Orders received after 1pm are processed and shipped the following working day.  Where items are not in stock, slight delays may occur but we endeavor to ship your order as soon as available. 

Australia Post Express Post Service guarantees next business day delivery within their Express Post network.  The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian Business addresses, Private addresses and Post Office boxes, but you need to check with your local Post office whether your postcode falls within the next business day delivery service.

If your order is larger than the 5 kilo Australia Post Express Delivery Satchel and cannot fit into one satchel, we will ship your order in the most economical way, packed into a carton and Posted by standard Australia Post carton delivery Services, at no additional postage charges to you.  We will send you an email, with a unique tracking code, which can be tracked using the following link

Australia Post Regular Parcel Service  $10.00

If you do not wish Australia Post to leave your parcel at your Front Door and wish to collect your parcel from your local Post Office, Please tell us in the box provided on your shopping cart page

 

Delivery outside the Express Post Service will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.  Please allow 3 to 5 working days.

Please note: we do not pick and pack, or ship on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.  If you have placed an order on either of these days, your order will be shipped on the next working day.

Out of Stock items: We update our sites product availability daily, however in some rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time.  We will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period.  Sometimes there is slight delays in receiving stock from suppliers which will cause a small delay in the shipment of your order, particularly if you have selected Express post. In this instance you will receive your order at the earliest possible delivery time frame. If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give you a refund immediately.  If it is an item we can re-order, we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund. 

If your order is larger than the 5 kilo Australia Post Standard Delivery Satchel and we cannot fit your order into a Satchel, we will ship your order in the most economical way, packed into a carton and Posted by standard Australia Post carton delivery Services, at no additional charges to you.  We will send you an email, with a unique tracking code, which can be tracked using the following link
